If you have paid the deposit for business plan services, you may answer the questions below.

The questions will help guide you in terms of what we need for the main sections of your business plan. You may provide additional details at the end of the questionnaire.

Please try to answer the questions in point-form and provide as many points as possible for each question. We will take over once you send us the answers. In the meantime, we're going to create a master layout for your plan and start putting all the necessary categories in place.

Once we have your answers, we will be in touch by providing you with regular updates as we progress through the business plan project.

General Business Questions

1. Provide business name and type (corp., proprietorship, partnership). If there's no name yet, we'll create a temporary one.

2. What is the contact information you want us to list in the plan (your full name, address, phone, fax, email, website, etc.)?

3. List details about the desired location, size, features, geographic area, etc.

4. Describe the business in detail and list current/future products and services. Provide your mission statement if one exists.

5. Provide the names and bios of each founder / partner. The bios should illustrate expertise in the industry.

6. Have you had any business advisors / consultants help you besides us? Please list them.

7. Describe the target market that you're focusing on (people, age groups, preferences, locations, etc.).

8. List complete pricing for each product and service.

9. What is your main competition, if any? List the names and websites. We will research this further.

10. What are your major strengths / weaknesses and value and experience that you bring to your business?

11. How will you advertise / promote / market your business?

12. What sort of additional renovations, equipment, furniture, and fixtures do you require for your business, if any?

13. List any technology that you have to purchase / install.

14. How will you ensure quality control for your business and the products and services it provides?

15. Describe staffing requirements/roles now and in the future (number of employees, positions).

Financial Questions

A. List the start-up or expansion capital required and why. How much will come from you vs. loans / investors?

B. List ongoing monthly expenses (i.e.; rent / lease, marketing, inventory, utilities, salaries, website hosting / design, supplies, etc.).

C. Provide the sales targets (expected revenue) for the first 3 years.

D. If necessary, provide additional info here.
